He Who Captivates Shadow and Light
There is a poetry in painting that draws one in. Even if it is just for one moment or an hour? Or a lifetime? The experience of awe or wonder is overwhelmingly heart felt.
For that short period, there is no thought of tomorrow, no past, no problems to dwell on, there is only this; that can only be described as “Love”!
In this realization, we can come to feel the oneness of shadow and light.
This state of poetic or lyrical musicality I like to call the captivation of shadow & light!
